A native of Altoona, Pennsylvania, Pastor Douglas Buchanan has been in ministry since 1970. He and his wife, Tina, graduated from Lancaster Bible College and have four children and six grandchildren.

In addition to his pastoral ministry, Pastor Buchanan serves as a volunteer Chaplain for the Port St. Lucie Police Department.

Pastor Buchanan enjoys photography and working in his shop in the garage. His current project is a complete restoration of a 1971 VW Beetle.

Each week, scores of church members are involved in various ministries that lead in worship, encourage believers, strengthen families, and share the gospel. We seek to find a place for all who are willing to use their spiritual gifts, and abilities to the glory of God.

Sarah E. Bartal, BS Music Education
A graduate of Clearwater Christian College, Sarah has dedicated her life to using her God-given talent at the church and the academy. She is involved in teaching music at Barnabas Christian Academy, planning and preparing music for the worship services at Port St. Lucie Bible Church, directing the Children's Choir and the Adult Choir, as well as performing with the Treasure Coast Orchestra as harpist.
